2, spot welding machine production site within 8 to 10m, shall not be stacked oil, wood, oxygen cylinders, acetylene generators and other flammable and explosive substances, equipped with fire extinguishing equipment.
3、Welding operation and cooperation personnel should wear labor supplies according to the correct, and take measures related to accidents.
4, before the equipment is energized, all wiring nuts, bolts and other components should be checked in detail and confirmed intact, no looseness or damage. There is a protective cover at the terminals.
5, before use, should check and confirm that the primary and secondary wiring is correct, the input voltage in line with the nameplate of the spot welder, know the type of spot welder welding current and the scope of application. After connecting the power supply, it is strictly prohibited to touch the electrified part of the primary line. Primary and secondary wiring should be equipped with a protective cover.
6, when moving the spot welder, should cut off the power supply, shall not be used to drag the cable method of moving the welder. When welding in the sudden power failure, should cut off the power supply.
7、Please cut off the external power supply of spot welder before leaving work.
