　　1, by the spot welding machine manufacturers know, to check the spot welding machine circuit, water, gas and mechanical device use, if any abnormalities, need to be properly dealt with.

　　2, before starting, first turn on the control line transfer switch and spot welding machine current of the small switch, connect the water supply, gas supply, the control box on each adjustment knob.

　　3、When the spot welder is working, make sure that the gas circuit and water cooling system are smooth. The gas should not contain water. And the drainage temperature does not exceed 40 ℃.

　　4, weldments need to remove dirt, oil, oxide skin and rust before welding, for weldments with oxide skin, you need to first pickle it, sandblast it or use a grinding wheel to remove the oxide skin.
